These terms govern the WOWTAG online service provided by Maversoul LLC (hello@getwowtag.com). By activating a wowtag you accept them.

1. What the service is

Every wowtag (plate, stand, mini or tag) has an NFC chip and a QR code with a unique address. Our service decides where that address leads: to your business's Google review page or to your pet's profile. It includes your dashboard, where you can change the destination, see taps and edit the profile.

2. Price

The service is included in the price of your wowtag. There are no fees. If we ever offer additional paid features, they will be optional and we'll tell you first.

3. Activation and account

You activate each wowtag with your email, without passwords: you log in with the links we send you. Keep access to your email safe, because whoever controls it can manage your wowtags. Each wowtag has a single owner. If you sell it or give it away, ask us to transfer it.

4. Proper use

You agree to use WOWTAG lawfully and not to use it to deceive, send spam, impersonate others or publish unlawful content.

If you are a business, you are responsible for following Google's rules on reviews. WOWTAG takes all your customers to your official review page without filtering anyone; don't use it to ask for reviews in exchange for discounts or gifts, or to obtain fake reviews.

We may disable a wowtag used abusively or unlawfully, letting you know whenever possible.

5. Availability

We do what is reasonable to keep the service running at all times, but there may be interruptions for maintenance or for reasons beyond our control. Google features depend on Google and may change. If we ever stopped providing the service, we would give you reasonable notice.

6. Lifetime guarantee for the pet tag

If the QR code on your WOWTAG tag can no longer be scanned through normal use, we'll send you a new one free of charge for as long as we provide the service. Write to hello@getwowtag.com with your proof of purchase and a photo of the tag. It does not cover loss of the tag or intentional damage. This commercial guarantee is in addition to, and does not limit, the legal guarantee you are entitled to as a consumer.

7. Liability

WOWTAG helps you get reviews and helps your pet get home, but we cannot guarantee a number of reviews or that a lost pet will be found. We are liable for damage we cause intentionally or through gross negligence. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is important, we'll let you know by email or on the website before it applies.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the state of New Mexico (USA). If you are a consumer living in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country and may go to its courts.
